She is a 200-hour yoga teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, Akashic Records Consultant, and meditation guide helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom through movement, breath, energy work, and spiritual reflection. Each class she teaches is carefully designed to move energy within your body so its aligned with your true authentic self leaving you feel your best! You wont find a class without either sound bowls, crystals, meditations, quantum energy healing, or movement. End goal for each client is to really move energy, clear out and release what doesn't serve your highest good, and organically connect the mind, body and soul.
