Scarborough In the Park
Join me in the Scarborough Memorial Park for various types yoga. We will explore Qi-Gong, Hatha, and Vinyasa style yoga poses. The waterfalls allow for a peaceful 20 minute meditation as well. Great way to start your day. Bring a friend! fun!
$20 or donation based, your preference.
